Dussoft is a trusted partner in executing complex financial services for humanitarian organizations, ensuring secure, transparent, and efficient delivery of aid. With deep expertise in cash and in-kind transfers, we navigate even the most challenging and volatile regions of the DRC to reach those who need it most.
Over the past two years, we have supported 4,027 households, distributing a total of approximately USD 420,000. Aid was delivered through multiple cash transfer modalities, including direct cash and mobile money, ensuring flexibility, efficiency, and accessibility for the communities we serve.

Dussoft has extensive expertise in logistics for in-kind distribution, ensuring essential goods reach vulnerable communities efficiently and securely. Over the past two years, we have supported 676 beneficiaries, managing end-to-end processes from procurement and warehousing to transportation and on-the-ground delivery. Our approach prioritizes accountability, traceability, and operational excellence, enabling partners to deliver critical aid on time, even in remote or high-risk areas.

Nyiragongo Volcano Alert System (2021): Dussoft developed a community-based SMS alert system to provide real-time warnings to residents on evacuation routes and safe zones during the Nyiragongo volcano eruption in Goma, demonstrating the life-saving potential of digital alerts.

Dussoft is a trusted partner in training and capacity building for NGOs, as well as private and public sector organizations. We design and deliver tailored programs that strengthen skills, enhance operational efficiency, and empower teams to achieve measurable results. With a focus on practical, hands-on learning and continuous support, our expertise enables organizations to adopt innovative solutions, optimize processes, and build sustainable internal capabilities that drive long-term impact. Over the past two years, we have trained 232 staff from 12 NGOs and 7 private companies, organizing 25 in-person training sessions and 2 webinars.

In 2024, Dussoft hosted the NASA Lifelines Humanitarian Simulation in Goma, a groundbreaking global crisiscoordination exercise that brought together data scientists, technologists, and humanitarian practitioners. During this simulation, participants confronted realistic crisis scenarios including disasters, conflict, displacement, and publichealth emergencies using satellitederived data, geospatial tools, and crisisresponse planning techniques.
By facilitating this event locally, Dussoft demonstrated its commitment to innovation, capacity building, and preparedness. Our role enabled local and international teams to collaborate in real time, testing strategies for aid delivery, evacuation planning, and humanitarian decisionmaking under pressure. The simulation helped bridge the gap between advanced Earthscience data and ontheground humanitarian operations, reinforcing the value of technical and operational synergy in crisis contexts.
This collaboration underscores our readiness and expertise to support complex humanitarian interventions not only through traditional aid delivery, but also through innovative, data-driven crisis response and planning.
